Don’t Forget to Eat
It is very easy when you are going through tough times in your life to gain or lose weight. Some of us stop eating and other do emotional eating. Both of which are very unhealthy. You are not helping yourself by doing this. As you are trying to get yourself back and be the happy healthy you that you want to be you must get on a healthy eating plan.
